Technical & Science education in Independent India has failed to address its own problem. The colleges and institutions that are supposed to be “Temples of Modern India” are simply churning out students lacking skills and scientific application. Attempt to address Public problems are largely not attended by these institutions of learning at local level to instill confidence in citizens , more so in the areas of Education, Power, Food, Health, Transport and governance. Slowly Technical & Scientific education lost its SOCIAL RELEVANCE
